Program Development and Training (PDAT) Specialist
Under the leadership of the Assistant Director of AmeriCorps programs, the Program Development and Training Specialist has the responsibility to asses and address technical assistance/training needs of CaliforniaVolunteers’ AmeriCorps program grantees to increase program impact and quality of the AmeriCorps member service experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher - in related field
- Extensive experience in training and curriculum development/assessment
- Experience in research, analysis, program design, and evaluation
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to travel and work a somewhat irregular schedule (i.e., staying at work until the deadline is met)
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time, particularly those that are high-profile and time-sensitive.
